Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Taxation Manager to oversee the company's tax planning, compliance, and reporting functions.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and ensure timely filing of all direct and indirect tax returns including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the companys tax position.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during tax audits and assessments.
• Prepare tax provisions and reconciliation reports as part of financial statements.
• Review contracts, agreements, and other documents for tax implications and compliance.
• Advise management on tax risks, opportunities, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and compliance, if applicable.
• Manage tax accounting and reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Train and guide the finance team on tax-related matters.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies related to taxation.
