MYCPE ONE - Manager - US Tax

Responsibilities :

• Tax Compliance : Oversee and review the preparation and filing of various tax forms, including Forms 1040, 1120, and 1065.
• Strategic Advisory : Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to help clients optimize their tax positions.
• Process Management : Manage the entire tax compliance process, from gathering and analyzing financial information to ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tax filings.
• Team Leadership : Conduct training and mentoring for junior staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Regulatory Expertise : Stay up-to-date on all federal and state tax laws and regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Collaboration : Work with other departments to provide integrated, holistic services to our Experience : A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in US tax compliance and consulting.
• Certifications : CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or EA (Enrolled Agent) qualification is preferred.
• Skills : Strong knowledge of US tax laws, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to confidently interact with both clients and colleagues.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in tax preparation software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
