Actively drive the integration process for software components in the ECU project, ensuring timely and quality delivery.Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, domain project leads, and other stakeholders to deliver the overall ECU software package(s) aligned to the project's software / system integration plan.Plan, organize, and coordinate integration requests across various domains, orchestrating a team of integrators.Work with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, testing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful software and system integration.Actively manage suppliers and closely interact with them, planning tasks with and for suppliers as part of the project team.Lead the software and system integration planning, including the development of integration plans, schedules, and resource allocation based on project requirements and timelines.Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide technical guidance to resolve them.Qualifications :
Basic Requirements & Education :
- Business fluent English
- University degree in Computer Science or a comparable field of study
Required Experience & Skills :
- Several years of professional experience in embedded software integration within the automotive industry, preferably in infotainment systems.
- Ability to break down complex problems and take a systematic, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Profound knowledge of software integration methods, tools, and processes, including software versioning, software releasing, and continuous integration.
- Experience leading integration teams with excellent communication and teamwork skills, and familiarity with embedded development tools and environments.
- Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, or embedded systems.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
