Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Data Migration Expert

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Data Migration Expert to lead a large-scale migration from a cloud-based legacy CRM system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement scalable data migration pipelines using API-based extraction from the legacy CRM system.
• Develop robust ETL processes to handle large datasets with data quality, transformation, and integrity checks.
• Use Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or Azure Data Factory to orchestrate integration workflows.
• Implement batch processing, pagination, and retry logic for API calls to handle high-volume data extraction.
• Map and transform data from the legacy CRM schema to Dynamics 365 CE entities.
• Optimize bulk data import into Dynamics CRM using KingswaySoft, Data Import Wizard, or custom plugins.
• Monitor and troubleshoot migration jobs, ensuring performance, scalability, and error handling.
• Collaborate with CRM functional consultants to align data structures and business rules.
