Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive  Executive Assistant  with a background in Interior Design - to support leadership while acting as a key point of contact for client communication. This role goes beyond scheduling – you’ll nurture relationships, coordinate with customers, and help ensure we deliver on our promises with grace and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the company and clients – respond to emails, calls, and follow-ups
• Maintain a calendar of meetings, installations, and customer check-ins
• Prepare quotes, presentations, and communication drafts for leadership
• Track ongoing client projects, feedback, and timelines using tools like Excel or Notion
• Assist in organizing client meetings, showroom visits, and follow-up communication
• Maintain accurate client records and communications history
• Support day-to-day admin tasks, documentation, and internal coordination
