Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Officer to join our Life Insurance sales team in collaboration with leading banking partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through effective relationship management with bank staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain strong relationships with branch banking staff to drive insurance business.

Meet assigned sales targets by promoting life insurance products to bank customers.

Generate leads from walk-in customers, referrals, and branch database.

Provide detailed information about various insurance plans to clients and help them choose suitable policies.

Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of clients.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate with the branch team to ensure seamless policy issuance.

Track and report sales performance and market feedback to the sales manager.

Required Skills :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of life insurance products and sales processes.

Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Basic computer proficiency.
