Pega Lead System Architect

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced

Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)

to design and deliver enterprise-grade Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining application architecture, ensuring adherence to best practices, and guiding the development team throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Pega Platform.

Lead the technical team in building scalable, secure, and efficient Pega applications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Define architecture standards, best practices, and reusable components.

Review and ensure quality of deliverables through code reviews and solution validation.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers.

Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Pega.

Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) –

Pega Platform

certification is mandatory.

Strong expertise in case management, decisioning, and integration.

Hands-on experience in designing scalable and complex Pega applications.

Solid understanding of Pega Guardrails and performance optimization.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Willingness to work from Bangalore or Chennai.

Good to Have :

Exposure to cloud deployments and DevOps in Pega.

Knowledge of Pega upgrades, migrations, and modernization.

Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
