About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Oracle SOA Suite Developer with strong expertise across Oracle Middleware technologies such as SOA, OSB, ADF, BPM, and ESS . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, validating, and supporting enterprise applications, ensuring smooth production operations, and contributing to technology upgrades and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement complex integrations using Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, ADF, BPM, and ESS .
- Perform application validation, production support, and enhancements based on business needs.
- Handle BPM upgrades and migrations when required.
- Follow established design and development guidelines while implementing middleware solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Provide production support, including staying available until 3 PM EST on weekdays and during production deployments as needed.
- Apply strong problem-solving and system-level thinking to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Contribute to project success through effective communication and teamwork in an Agile environment .
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Education : B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc / M.C.AExperience : Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Oracle Suite technologies such as SOA, OSB, ADF, BPM, and ESS .Excellent verbal and written communication skills .Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues .Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.Nice to Have (Preferred Skills) :
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring FrameworkKnowledge of WebLogic Console , OEM , Oracle Database , and SQLFamiliarity with Shell scripting , Axway , and AWSExposure to Jira or other Agile project management toolsWork Schedule :
Must be comfortable working until 3 PM EST on weekdays.Flexibility to stay late during production deployment days .
