Job Title : Senior Oracle SOA Suite Developer

Experience : 6–8 Years

Location : Remote

Employment Type : Contract

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Oracle SOA Suite Developer with strong expertise across Oracle Middleware technologies such as SOA, OSB, ADF, BPM, and ESS . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, validating, and supporting enterprise applications, ensuring smooth production operations, and contributing to technology upgrades and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement complex integrations using Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, ADF, BPM, and ESS .
  • Perform application validation, production support, and enhancements based on business needs.
  • Handle BPM upgrades and migrations when required.
  • Follow established design and development guidelines while implementing middleware solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.
  • Provide production support, including staying available until 3 PM EST on weekdays and during production deployments as needed.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and system-level thinking to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Contribute to project success through effective communication and teamwork in an Agile environment .

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Education : B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc / M.C.A
  • Experience : Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Oracle Suite technologies such as SOA, OSB, ADF, BPM, and ESS .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
  • Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues .
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.

    • Nice to Have (Preferred Skills) :

  • Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework
  • Knowledge of WebLogic Console , OEM , Oracle Database , and SQL
  • Familiarity with Shell scripting , Axway , and AWS
  • Exposure to Jira or other Agile project management tools

    • Work Schedule :

  • Must be comfortable working until 3 PM EST on weekdays.
  • Flexibility to stay late during production deployment days .
