Key Responsibilities : -
Manage and maintain executive schedules organize meetings and appointments and handle travel arrangements.
Prepare edit and format reports presentations and business correspondence using MSWord Excel and Google Sheets.
Act as the main point of contact between executives employees and external clientshandling communications with professionalism and discretion.
Organize meeting agendas record meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Monitor and order office supplies maintain office records and assist in coordinating office logistics as needed.
Maintain confidentiality always especially when handling sensitive company information
Requirements
Required Skills : -
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word MS Office Suite Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple priorities work independently and adapt to a fast-pacedenvironment
