Role Description

As a Purchase Assistant, you will support procurement and inventory functions ensuring the timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and services required for plant and project operations. You will coordinate with vendors, verify documentation, manage purchase orders, and ensure cost control aligned with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or material coordination, preferably in construction or RMC industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement and inventory processes in manufacturing or RMC setup.
• Proficient in ERP systems for PO creation, GRN, and vendor management.
• Skilled in vendor coordination, communication, and negotiation.
• Ability to perform rate comparison and cost analysis for purchase decisions.
• Hands-on experience in documentation, invoicing, and audit compliance.
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and procurement-related statutory norms.
• Proficient in MS Excel for reporting, tracking, and data analysis.
• Excellent follow-up and multitasking abilities under tight timelines.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy and accountability.

Compensation

Upto 30k Depending upon interview performance.
