Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist clients at the front desk in a warm, welcoming manner
- Handle incoming calls, client queries, and appointment bookings
- Maintain and update the salon appointment calendar
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth flow of appointments
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and client reports
- Manage billing, cash handling, and POS software operations
- Keep client data and feedback records updated and confidential
- Ensure cleanliness and professional ambiance of the reception area
- Assist in promoting salon services and offers to walk-in clients
