About the Role :
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic HR leader to spearhead our Human Resources initiatives and support our expanding team in Hyderabad. As the AGM – HR , you'll play a key strategic role in shaping a people-centric culture, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance across all HR functions.
You'll partner closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals — overseeing everything from recruitment, payroll, and compliance to employee engagement and talent development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee Payroll Management, ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely disbursement.
- Lead Compliance Management — including adherence to labor laws, statutory filings, and internal HR policies.
- Drive core HR functions such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Management.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals.
- Provide innovative HR solutions to support business scalability and organizational growth.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent; HR certification preferred.8–10 years of progressive HR experience in generalist and leadership roles, including payroll & compliance management.Strong background in talent management, performance management, compensation, grievance handling, and policy formulation.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in a service-based or healthcare industry preferred.Proactive, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Tech Proficiency :
