Job Description :

We are hiring Payment Follow-up Executives to handle customer payment reminders and ensure timely EMI updates. The role involves visiting customers, reminding them of due payments, and maintaining accurate records in the system.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contact customers for pending EMI or overdue payments
• Conduct field visits and phone reminders for follow-ups
• Update payment status and maintain daily reports
• Support the finance team in closing pending cases
• Build good communication with customers for smooth coordination
