Job Description :
- Role Overview : Deliver end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) solutions across Oracle, Salesforce, or other CX platforms, ensuring seamless implementation, integration, and optimization of customer-facing processes.
- Solution Design : Analyze business requirements and design CX solutions that improve customer interactions, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Implementation & Configuration : Configure CX modules, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service, based on business needs.
- Integration : Build and manage integrations between CX platforms and other enterprise systems such as ERP, SCM, or analytics tools.
- Customization & Optimization : Implement workflows, automation, forms, and connectors to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Support & Maintenance : Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to maintain smooth CX operations.
- Collaboration & Training : Work closely with business users, developers, and stakeholders; provide training and knowledge transfer for sustainable CX adoption.
