Remote Voice & Non-Voice Support Specialists (Night Shift | Contract)

Location : Work From Anywhere (100% Remote)

Work Timing : 09 : 00 PM – 06 : 00 AM IST (US Business Hours)

About the Role

We are hiring Remote Voice Support Specialists and Email / Non-Voice Support Specialists to provide world-class customer support for our US-based clients. This is a contract position ideal for professionals who are fluent in English, comfortable working night shifts, and capable of delivering high-quality support from home.

Compensation

  • Voice Support : ₹165 per hour
  • Non-Voice (Email) Support : ₹140 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Voice Support Specialist
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Provide clear, polite, and accurate information to customers
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and document interactions
  • Maintain high levels of communication quality and customer satisfaction
  • Email / Non-Voice Support Specialist

  • Respond to customer emails quickly and accurately
  • Resolve queries, escalate issues when necessary, and update internal systems
  • Maintain SLAs for response time, accuracy, and ticket closures
  • Requirements

  • Excellent English spoken and written communication skills
  • Prior BPO / Customer Support experience is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable working the night shift during US business hours
  • Must have your own :
  • Laptop with Windows 11 or above
  • High-speed wired internet connection
  • Quiet workspace for calls (Voice process)
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  • Strong customer orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills
