Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain technical content such as :
a. Resource Center articles
b. API documentation
c. Developer guides
d. Integration and feature documentation
e. Release notes and technical blog posts
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand product features and workflows.
Translate complex technical information into simple, engaging, and accurate language.
Ensure all documentation aligns with the company’s brand voice and style guidelines.
Organize and structure the Resource Center for ease of navigation and searchability.
Continuously update and improve documentation based on product updates, feedback, and analytics.
Research and benchmark industry trends to keep developer resources relevant and innovative.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, English, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a SaaS, software, or tech-driven company.
Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and developer tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Notion, Confluence, GitHub Pages, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of HTML / CSS, version control (Git), or developer documentation systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
Experience writing for developer communities or technology blogs.
Familiarity with SEO best practices for technical content.
Knowledge of design systems, UI / UX principles, or developer platforms.
Strong storytelling ability to make technical topics engaging and easy to understand.
