Job descriptionJob Opening : Legal Head- Team Manager (Real Estate) Location : Kandivali West Salary : ₹60,000 – ₹100,000 (depends on interview and last drawn) Experience : 8–12 years Industry : Real Estate Working Hours Mon To Fri 10 AM - 6.30 PM & All Saturday - 10 AM - 4 Pm
Represent the company in legal and revenue matters across various courts.
Draft / review legal documents (Agreements, POAs, MOUs, Notices in English & Marathi).
Scrutinize property and revenue documents for land acquisitions.
File applications under the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act (Sec 43).
Coordinate with external advocates, survey / civic departments, and government bodies.
Oversee litigation and ensure timely legal follow-ups.
- Lead and mentor the in-house legal team
