Key Deliverables :
- Drive execution of regional Global Mobility Services (GMS) programs and align with global standards.
- Implement and support Project Assignment Mobility (PAM) strategies across regions and projects.
- Ensure legal, tax, payroll, and immigration compliance for all mobility cases.
- Manage vendor relationships and measure mobility service performance via metrics and customer feedback.
Role Responsibilities :
Provide strategic and operational mobility guidance to HR, business, and regional leaders.Coordinate and align mobility practices across high-growth regions and business units.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure compliant and cost-effective assignments.Monitor and report GMS performance, identify improvement areas using data and VOC.Skills Required
