Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
  • Customize ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST / SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with ITIL best practices.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT for developed solutions.
  • Participate in upgrades and patching activities while ensuring system stability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications :

  • 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with proven expertise in ITSM modules.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow workflows, flow designer, catalog items, UI actions, UI pages, and client / server scripts.
  • Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, or MID Server.
  • Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management will be an advantage.
  • Good experience with ServiceNow update sets, scoped applications, and performance tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory; CIS-ITSM certification is a plus.
