Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing User Accounts, including creating accounts, assigning licenses, security policies and relevant accesses to users.
• Managing Software Licenses.
• Managing and supporting user devices using device management, e.G. Intune.
• Maintaining Security of the Microsoft 365 environment including configuring security settings, managing permissions, and ensuring that all users follow security protocols.
• Supporting Users – Providing support to users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks efficiently.
• Implementing and Managing Policies – Implementing and managing various policies within the Microsoft 365 environment including setting up and enforcing policies related to security, device management, and compliance.
• Monitoring and Reporting – Regularly monitoring the Microsoft 365 environment and generating reports on usage, security incidents, and compliance status.
• Collaborate with Global IT Administrators.
• Providing recommendations for improvements and efficiencies in managing the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Submit user reported incidents to 3rd party managed service providers when appropriate
• Conducting User Access to ensure user access levels align with employee status and job functions.
• Take ownership of incoming and handover critical items during UK, US after hours.
• Perform Vulnerability, Risk assessment for IT / security incidents (i.E. malware, phishing, etc.)
• Review, prioritize and implement IT security improvement recommendations from Microsoft via 365 Admin portals.
• Power BI reporting skills are a plus.
