Human Resources Executive

Location : Gurugram (Sector 14) Working Days : 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Experience : 1–2 Years

Role Overview :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage HR operations, employee engagement, and daily HR processes. The role requires strong coordination skills and a people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage employee records, attendance, and HRMS updates.

Handle HR documentation, onboarding formalities, and exit processes.

Support payroll processing and leave management.

Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance.

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.

Address employee queries and help maintain a positive workplace culture.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).

1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools.

Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
