Role Description :

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Director of Sales to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH.
  • The Assistant Director of Sales will support the Director of Sales in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • The role involves analyzing market trends, achieving sales targets, preparing detailed sales reports, conducting meetings, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations to internal teams and clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Motivate, guide, and support the sales team to achieve MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and market analysis.
  • Strong background in client relationship management and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
  • Previous experience in hospitality sales is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
