Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
The Sales Coordinator will act as the central link between the sales team, marketing, and operations — ensuring that leads, proposals, and follow-ups move seamlessly through the sales pipeline.
You’ll be responsible for CRM management, lead tracking, documentation, reporting, and ensuring that all sales activities are aligned with business goals and timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end sales process, from lead assignment to closure.
- Maintain and update all leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Zoho).
- Ensure all proposals, presentations, and agreements are accurate and sent on time.
- Prepare and share daily / weekly sales reports with leadership.
- Assist in scheduling client calls, follow-ups, and internal review meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead quality and proper handoff to sales.
- Follow up with leads, track their progress, and ensure timely updates from sales executives.
- Support in preparing cost proposals, agreements, and documentation for new clients.
- Flag bottlenecks and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them quickly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all communications.
Qualifications :
2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Executive, or similar role (preferably in a marketing, advertising, or technology company).Excellent organization and coordination skills — able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and Google Workspace.Good understanding of sales processes, documentation, and reporting.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in every task.Proactive problem solver with a “get it done” mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.How to Apply :
