Job description

Sales Group leader plays a key role in managing daily sales operations and forecasting sales for our services and products so that the company can devise effective growth strategies to meet the long-term vision

Qualification Required : - A Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar ( Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication / Electronics is a Plus)

Skill Set Required : - Leadership and Motivation skills, Active Listening, Customer service, Effective Time and Task Organization skills, Performance evaluation, Conflict resolution, Problem-Solving, Proactivity, high-level communication, negotiation, persuasive, account management skills, Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels - internally as well as externally Prioritize and handle multiple work responsibilities simultaneously, Solutions & Result-oriented and able to work independently, Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity

Specific Experience : - Proven leadership and sales experiences are a must in the electronics or mechanical industry (B2B)

Job Responsibilities -

  • Recruit, train, and lead the sales and inside sales teams to achieve performance objectives.
  • Foster enduring customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional sales and support.
  • Drive the sales team to meet and exceed growth targets through effective leadership and performance analysis.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.
  • Proactively address customer concerns, coordinate internal teams for issue resolution, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence by cross-selling services and products.
  • Monitor sales group metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and recommend improvements to meet sales targets.
  • Explore opportunities for new business with existing customers and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure consistent branding and messaging for customer-facing events.
  • Effectively communicate initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders through transparent reporting and presentations.
  • Travel across India to attend tradeshows and customer meetings, establishing and nurturing customer relationships.
