Sr. Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities – Senior Operations (Motor Insurance)

• Manage end-to-end operations for Motor Insurance, including new business, renewals, and endorsements .
• Verify proposal forms and supporting documents to ensure data accuracy prior to policy issuance.
• Coordinate with insurers for quotation generation, policy issuance, corrections, and endorsements.
• Monitor and follow up on pending policies, renewals, and endorsements to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain and update MIS reports for all issued, renewed, and cancelled policies.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for documentation and operational assistance.
• Train, guide, and support junior team members on operational procedures and system usage.
