What You Will Do :
- Translate and adapt English texts into Hindi ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- Collaborate with English-speaking copywriters to localize marketing, UI, and social media content.
- Edit, proofread, and refine translated materials for clarity and natural flow.
- Create localized slogans, headlines, and banners that resonate with local audiences.
- Localize interfaces, promo materials, and in-app messages for India and Bangladesh.
- Participate in developing glossaries and defining tone of voice for each language.
- Provide voice-over or linguistic support for audio and video materials when needed.
- Ensure all translations meet brand and compliance standards while maintaining speed and quality.
What Experience Is Important to Us :
Native proficiency in Hindi (spoken and written).English level B2 or higher.Philological or linguistic education — a must (not just native language knowledge).Proven experience as a translator, editor, or linguist, preferably in marketing or digital content.Ability to adapt English texts creatively, not just translate literally.Excellent understanding of cultural nuances, idioms, and stylistic context.Attention to detail, linguistic accuracy, and high responsibility.Previous experience in iGaming / gambling / creative industries will be a plus.Onboarding Tasks (First 2–3 Months) :
Learn company tone of voice, content flow, and localization standards.Get familiar with existing English content and the adaptation process.Complete a test translation task to align on quality and expectations.Participate in defining key terms and help build the internal glossary.Start performing regular translation and adaptation tasks for marketing and UI content.Deliver translations quickly and accurately, respecting character limits and deadlines.
