Job descriptionConduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs. Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and guidance. Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality delivery within tight deadlines. Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Exhibition / Spatial Design or related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience , preferably in a fast-paced agency environment. Proficiency in design softwares, such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator & Photoshop. Skills in Blender 3D, CAD or other 3D applications, web or motion graphics are a bonus. Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, and understanding of typography, layout Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating a passion for Space design. Strong excellent communication skills to effectively present design ideas and Collaborate with team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

As an Exhibition Designer you will play a key role in developing conceptual designs and
detailed plans for art installations and immersive experiences within commercial office spaces.
Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and a multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to projects from initial research and ideation through to final delivery.
A strong understanding of materials, their properties, and applications is essential to bring concepts to life with precision and impact.
We’re looking for someone with a curious mindset and a passion for continuous learning. This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in environmental and experiential design while gaining hands-on experience with our unique approach to placemaking.
