Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX / F&O solutions in alignment with business requirements.
• Customize and configure D365 F&O modules to support functional and business needs.
• Develop technical specifications, design documents, and system integrations with external and third-party applications.
• Lead and manage large customizations, add-on development, and performance tuning of existing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and business requirements.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, customization, and integration.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 F&O technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Provide technical training and support to internal teams and clients as needed.
• Participate in deployment, maintenance, and post-Go-Live support Qualifications & Skills :
• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX / F&O (Finance & Operations) development and implementation.
• Strong experience with X++, C#, .NET framework, and related development tools.
• Hands-on experience in customization, configuration, and third-party integrations.
• Experience in Add-on and extension development within the D365 F&O framework.
• Solid understanding of data structures, workflows, and AIF (Application Integration Framework).
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure Services, and LCS (Lifecycle Services) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Qualifications :
• Experience with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations modules.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Experience in global implementations and working with international clients.
