About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead / Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Domestic IT hiring, especially for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, leading teams, coordinating with delivery / hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures of niche and volume IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the full recruitment life cycle for Domestic IT roles (C2H mandatory).
• Handle stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and recruitment planning with delivery and business leaders.
• Manage a team of recruiters and drive performance for timely closures.
• Source, evaluate, and shortlist candidates using multiple hiring channels.
• Negotiate salaries, manage offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring SLAs.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for future requirements.
