Nexthink Configuration :
a. Configure and maintain the Nexthink platform.
b. Work with Nexthink Vendor for any issues or bugs
c. Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability
Data collection and analysis :
a. Configure data collection settings to gather relevant information from endpoints.
b. Analyze data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
c. Provide actionable insights to improve the digital employee experience.
Incident Detection and Resolution :
a. Use Nexthink to detect and diagnose IT issues
b. Work with IT teams to resolve incidents promptly
c. Develop and implement proactive measures to prevent future incidents
Reporting :
a. Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
b. Generate regular reports for stakeholders to provide insights into the IT environment.
c. Customize reports to meet the needs of different departments and teams
User Training and Support :
a. Train IT support on how to use Nexthink effectively
b. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for platform users
c. Develop training materials and documentation
Compliance and Security :
a. Ensure data collected and processed by Nexthink complies with relevant regulations and standards
b. Implement and maintain security measures to protect the platform and data
c. Conduct regular security audits and assessments
Integration and Automation :
a. Integrate Nexthink with other IT management and monitoring tools
b. Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline IT operations
c. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability.
Scripting & Automation
a. Strong Powershell scripting knowledge.
b. Ability to configure and deploy remote actions.
c. Identify patterns and configure results to achieve business outcomes.
