Job Description
- Determine placement requirements and assist all interested students ,candidates to identify employment opportunities based on their interests.
- Act as a liaison between the students and potential employers to ensure the students are successfully placed in the job market.
- Maintain a database of the potential candidates and update it regularly to track the progress of their application.
- To proactively contact and collaborate with various employers, companies, agencies.
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with academic departments of various education institutions as well.
- Maintain a database of potential employers and companies we have tied up with and constantly update new contacts on a regular basis.
- Conduct training programs for students to help enhance their resume and develop their interview skills and soft skills as per requirements.
- Give feedback to students on their resume.
- Constantly give feedback to students on their application progress
- Set up interviews for the interested students and coordinate the schedules accordingly.
- Answering and tending to student queries on various platforms on a timely basis.
Requirements
Under graduation is a must.A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a placement coordinator.Amazing verbal and written communication.Must have a positive attitude.Display constant enthusiasm towards workKnowledge and interest in Digital Marketing is a bonusMust be professional at all timesKindly note this is a full time role based out of Chennai and no work from home options are available at the moment.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile : Graduation is a must; postgraduate qualification in Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role. Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver creative excellence across projects. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team building and performance management. Requirements : Exceptional conceptualization and writing skills with a solid understanding of brand strategy and digital marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients. Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Creative leader who can inspire, mentor, and drive innovation within the team.
