Job Profile :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Ad Operations (AdOps) Coordinator to join our team. The AdOps Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring their successful implementation, optimization, and reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of ad operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Management :
- Will be responsible for trafficking ads in real-time, online advertising campaigns through Google Ad Manager (GAM – earlier known as DFP).
- Implement, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (display, video, social, mobile).
- Checking and uploading into the ad server, then assigning to the relevant campaigns.
- Ensure timely and accurate trafficking of ads through ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Sizmek).
- Helping the Sales team with their ad trafficking requirement.
Quality Assurance :
Will be responsible for Creative setups, Quality Checks, and testing.Perform thorough QA on all campaigns before launch to ensure correct setup and functionality.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ad delivery, performance, and discrepancies.Needs to ensure high-quality task completion and professionalism in the services rendered.Reporting and Analysis :
Generate detailed campaign performance reports and provide insights for internal teams and clients.Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.Client and Team Collaboration :
Interacting closely with the internal teams regularly.Needs to be in close contact with the clients to ensure transparency in completing tasks.Clear communication with all internal stakeholders to take the campaign live and pull screenshots.Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.Communicate effectively with clients regarding campaign status, performance, and optimizations.Technical Expertise :
A self-starter with excellent presentation skills.Creative.Stay updated on the latest ad tech trends, tools, and best practices.Manage third-party tracking tags and pixels.Compliance and Best Practices :
Ensure campaigns adhere to industry standards and compliance guidelines.Implement best practices for ad operations and contribute to process improvements.Flexibility and Support :
Saturday or Sunday skeleton support as needed.Must be flexible to extend working hours on “a need basis”.Should be willing to cover during weekends, based on a pre-determined roster or need on basis.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in ad operations or a similar role within a digital advertising environment.Proficiency with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Sizmek).Experience with DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic advertising.Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.Soft Skills :
Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications :
