Job descriptionSupport founders in structuring partnership proposals, GTM plans, and strategic collaborations. Research and identify potential ecosystem partners, events, and enterprise opportunities. Prepare partner decks, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives. Track partnership outcomes and ensure follow-ups with stakeholders. Build and maintain trackers for pipeline, partnership progress, and growth KPIs. Prepare dashboards, review decks, and performance reports for founders and investors. Provide insights into market / competition analysis to inform GTM strategy. Coordinate founder calendars around growth and partnership deliverables. Ensure real-time visibility on all live growth projects through structured updates. Assist in event / project exposure such as roadshows, conferences, and client showcases. Create SOPs for outreach, partnerships, and client onboarding processes. Maintain central documentation for GTM workflows, sales enablement, and proposals. Draft crisp updates, decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, BITS, IIMs, SRCC, St. Stephens, Ashoka, ISBF, etc.) 0–2 year of work experience (internship or project exposure in consulting, startups, sales, or partnerships is a plus) Strong logical reasoning, documentation ability, and execution ownership Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and CRM tools High energy, urgency, and ability to multitask across sales, partnerships, and GTM workflows Hustle-first mindset : comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and business development Strong communicator—able to structure decks, proposals, and crisp updates Detail-oriented with ownership of timelines and deliverables Curious and resourceful—able to figure things out in new / ambiguous contexts Driven to learn about enterprise sales, growth, and strategic partnerships Pipeline Impact : Sales pipeline consistently updated and tracked for progress Partnership Wins : New collaborations initiated, proposals prepared, and follow-ups closed Execution Hygiene : All growth workflows documented, dashboards updated, reports clean Speed & Ownership : No follow-ups needed—tasks executed on time with accountability Founder Leverage : You reduce operational and tracking load for founders, freeing them for high-impact work Competitive compensation and fast appraisal cycles ESOP eligibility for consistent high performers Direct exposure to sales, partnerships, GTM, and customer success Mentorship and direct access to founders and leadership team A high-accountability environment that rewards ownership and execution Opportunity to shape early enterprise partnerships and GTM in a GenAI startup
Founder's Office Intern
Location : Sector 62, Gurgaon – 100% In-Office
Working Days : Monday to Friday, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays off
Working Hours : 10 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM

Role Overview
This is a high-ownership, execution-first role designed for a smart, fast-moving graduate from a top-tier college who wants to work directly with the founders on growth, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
As a Founder's Office (Growth & Partnerships) Associate, you will work on driving revenue growth, supporting partnerships, managing GTM workflows, and enabling cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will be deeply involved in partnership structuring, outreach, client success initiatives, and operational enablement—with an expectation of hands-on ownership and fast execution.
This role offers firsthand visibility into how a venture-backed AI startup builds and scales partnerships, GTM motion, and enterprise growth.
What You Will Do
1.Growth & GTM Execution
- Support outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team.
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Track progress of deals, pilots, and renewals, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.
- Assist in designing and executing growth campaigns across markets.
