Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a fast-paced HR Specialist located in Indore. The person will be responsible for hirings across platforms, and engaging with institutes to help with the growth of the startup.

Qualifications

• "Go Getter" and "Getting it Done" attitude.
• Reaching out to potential candidates on Linkedin.
• Ability to find the right candidate for the right job-match skillset with the requirements of the job.
• Previous experience in such roles preferred.
• Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Bachelor's degree in related or training field preferred.
• Previous experience in using technology to manage hr processes
• Tremendous sense of ownership and responsibility that could mean finishing tasks outside work hours if needed
• Ability to write crisp professional emails, and multi-tasking
• Generate leads and convert on your own
