Location : Pune (Hybrid)

Job Description

Note : We are looking for more into development side candidate

Experience & Responsibilities

  • Telecom CRM, Order Management, and Business Portals operation support experience for at least 10+ years with any leading telecom operator
  • Experience in leading Amdocs Clarify Operation team for at least 4 years
  • Experience in leading Operations for business portal applications for telecom industrye
  • Extensive knowledge in ClearBasic, PL / SQL, Java / C#, Shell scripting / Perl
  • Responsible for -

o Order to cash flow

o Manage fallouts

o Case management

o Provisioning

  • Well versed with ITSM processes, Tools like Jira and ServiceNow
  • Expertise in Unix, PL / SQL and Cron / Batch Job scheduling is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of AppDynamics is desirable
  • Good understanding of core Amdocs Clarify modules will be added advantage

    o ClearBasic

    o Rule Manager

    o Form Editor

    o Data Dictionary Editor

  • Work in 24 x 7 shift.
