Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Services Associate located in Udhampur. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, assisting guests with their inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Additional duties include troubleshooting guest issues and coordinating with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
