Responsibilities :
- Work with Tableau to create dashboards and reports for operational reporting
- Analyze support KPIs to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Extract and interpret ticketing data using Zendesk
- Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles and handle ad-hoc analysis requests
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
- Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and customer support processes
