About the Role :

We are hiring skilled Python Developers to join our growing tech team. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable applications, APIs, backend services, and automation tools using Python frameworks. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, problem-solvers, and passionate about building high-quality software Responsibilities Development :

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases efficiently.

Database & Storage :

Work with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

Optimize queries and ensure data security and integrity.

Automation & Scripting :

Write automation scripts for data processing, ETL pipelines, or testing workflows.

Develop tools to streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.

Testing & Debugging :

Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and documentation.

Debug and resolve issues in code, APIs, or server environments quickly and efficiently.

Collaboration :

Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless solutions.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile Skills & Competencies Skills :

Strong proficiency in Python programming.

Experience with at least one web framework : Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.

Good understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) is a plus.

Experience with version control systems (Git / GitHub / GitLab).

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work in a deadline-driven, collaborative Criteria :

For Freshers :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.

Strong programming knowledge with personal or academic projects showcasing Python skills.

For Experienced Developers :

1 to 8+ years of professional Python development experience.

Proven track record in backend development, API integration, or data pipelines.

Experience working in agile environments :
