Location : Noida (Hybrid)

Experience Level : 3+ Years (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python and backend frameworks, with the ability to build scalable, high-performance applications. If you are passionate about coding and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Django, and Flask.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement them when relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong proficiency in Python with at least 3+ years of professional experience.

Hands-on expertise in Django and Flask frameworks.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, ORM, and database management (MySQL / PostgreSQL).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, debugging techniques, and analytical thinking.

Nice to Have :

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI / CD pipelines.

Exposure to front-end technologies (React / Angular).

Knowledge of asynchronous programming (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
