Talent Acquisition Specialist – Renewable Energy Sector
Location : Mumbai or Ahmedabad
Experience : Minimum 3 years
Salary : ₹6 LPA
Sector Experience : Mandatory – Renewable Energy sector experience
About the Role : We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in the renewable energy sector. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our mission of building a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles within the renewable energy domain
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain recruitment metrics and contribute to employer branding initiatives
