About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in contract staffing (C2H / contract-to-hire) . The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle , from sourcing and screening to onboarding top IT professionals across technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, and Data.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end IT contract recruitment for multiple clients.

Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and internal databases .

Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients.

Negotiate contract rates and terms with candidates.

Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for recurring contract roles.

Work closely with HR & Operations for onboarding and extensions.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in IT Contract Staffing / C2H hiring .

Strong understanding of IT skills & technologies.

Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience with ATS tools and MSP / VMS clients preferred.
