About the Role :

As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. We are looking for someone who will work closely with the Co-founder supporting an array of Org-wide projects and initiatives. Responsibilities :

• Work with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term corporate growth strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Develop detailed financial models to support fundraising and M&A activities.
• Support in the due diligence process for acquisitions and investments, ensuring compliance and smooth execution.
• Support in calendar management for the Co-founder and assisting in ensuring optimization of meetings through preparation and circulation of predefined agenda, meeting minutes and following up on key action items.
