Payroll & Compensation :
Ensure accurate Monthly Payroll Processing for all employees (on-roll and off-roll)
Ensure all statutory and company-specific deductions (e.g. PF TDS etc) are accounted for.
Coordination with the Payroll Partner for FTE payroll and support staff payroll processing.
Handle accounting entries reconciliation and variance analysis related to payroll.
Lead and coordinate external and internal audits related to payroll processes.
Prepare Gratuity Valuations and assist with compensation-related queries from employees.
