Job Overview :

The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations across South Gujarat focusing on business development client relationship management and achievement of sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the successful promotion of the companys industrial product range.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop and execute sales strategies for the South Gujarat region to meet assigned targets.

Identify potential customers (OEMs distributors and end users) and generate new business opportunities.

Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat and referral business.

Present promote and demonstrate the companys products to clients and prospects.

Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments (production logistics and service) for smooth order execution.

Monitor market trends competitor activities and provide insights for strategic decisions.

Prepare sales reports forecasts and performance analyses for management review.

Represent the company in trade shows exhibitions and client meetings.

Travel regularly within the assigned territory to ensure market coverage and customer engagement.
