Position : Sales Manager – Business LAP (Loan Against Property)

Locations : Surat Ankleshwar Rajkot

Employment Type : Full-Time Individual Contributor Role

CTC : Up to 8 LPA (Negotiable as per current CTC & experience)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager for Business LAP who will be responsible for sourcing and driving LAP business through existing and new DSAs. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in LAP sourcing relationship management and closing deals in the SME / Business Loan segment.

Key Responsibilities :

Source LAP (Loan Against Property) business through DSA channels and open new sourcing avenues.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation → customer interaction → documentation → disbursement.

Achieve monthly acquisition & revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (DSA / connectors / intermediaries).

Coordinate with internal teams (credit operations compliance) to ensure smooth processing.

Track market trends competitor activities & share insights with management.

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 2 years of experience in LAP / Business Loans / Secured Lending .

Strong knowledge of local DSA market and channel partner handling.

Proven track record in achieving sales & business targets.

Excellent communication negotiation & relationship-building skills.

Self-driven individual with strong customer focus.

Education :

Graduation or above (Any stream).
