Role Description

Sourcing, screening, and recruiting top NON IT talent through various channels.

Conducting technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability for specific roles.

Managing end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Utilizing ATS to track candidate progress and manage recruitment workflow.

Providing timely feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Must be result oriented and focused

Well known about current recruitment trends.
