We provide mentoring, hackathons, workshops, and networking opportunities through partnerships with Advisors, Mentors, and Associates, empowering students to achieve their career goals.Job Overview : The External Relations and Resource Manager will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing relationships with external partners, including Advisors, Mentors, and Associates (Training Centers, Coaching Centers, Career Consultants, Abroad Consultants, Incubation Centers, etc.). The role will focus on developing strong networks, creating collaboration opportunities, and ensuring these partnerships effectively contribute to Forge Alumnus' service offerings. You will act as the bridge between our platform and external stakeholders to enhance the overall student experience.Key Responsibilities : Partnership Development : Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with Advisors, Mentors, and Associates to support various platform services.Develop strategic partnerships with external organizations (e.g., training centers, coaching institutes, career consultants) to enhance service offerings.Negotiate terms of collaboration, MoUs, and partnership agreements with external stakeholders.Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Foster long-term engagement with Advisors, Mentors, and Associates through regular check-ins, support, and engagement programs.Coordinate workshops, mentorship sessions, hackathons, and other events in collaboration with external partners.Resource Management : Ensure that Advisors, Mentors, and Associates are effectively matched to suitable student programs and events.Manage a comprehensive database of all external resources, tracking participation, feedback, and contributions.Monitor and assess the performance and impact of external partnerships, making adjustments where necessary.Collaboration and Integration : Work closely with the Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure that external resources are effectively integrated into the platform’s offerings.Collaborate with the Event Manager to organize and execute events involving external partners.Drive initiatives to improve the onboarding and engagement process for external collaborators.Marketing and Outreach : Support the Marketing Manager in creating outreach campaigns targeted at attracting new Advisors, Mentors, and Associates.Represent Forge Alumnus at networking events, conferences, and other forums to promote partnership opportunities.Feedback and Improvement : Collect and analyze feedback from students, Advisors, Mentors, and Associates to continuously improve the partnership programs.Suggest and implement improvements in engagement strategies and collaboration workflows.Key Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).0-3 years of experience in partnership development, external relations, resource management, or related roles.Proven track record of building and managing relationships with external partners, especially in the education, career development, or training sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.Ability to work cross-functionally with teams and manage external resources to meet business goals.Experience in coordinating events, workshops, or similar engagements is a plus.Skills : Relationship-building and partnership management.Strong communication and presentation skills.Networking and stakeholder engagement.Organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in CRM and resource management tools.Strategic thinking with a collaborative mindset.Why Join Forge Alumnus : At Forge Alumnus, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of career development and education for students across India.
