Experience : Minimum 5-20 years in US IT / Non-IT Recruitment / Staffing

📝 Job Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end US recruitment and staffing initiatives for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Source, screen, and manage top talent using job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.).
• Coordinate interviews and oversee offer negotiations.
• Mentor and guide recruitment team members to achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and staffing metrics.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs.
