Job description4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment (MUST). Strong familiarity with hiring for TCS Implementation . In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.). Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Proficiency with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, , and internal databases. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection . Must be comfortable working on Zoom video throughout working hours. Fully remote (work from home). Collaborative team culture with daily video check-ins.
Location : Remote (Anywhere in India)
Salary Range : ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote opportunity that requires strong expertise in the US IT recruitment process, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates—especially with TCS . You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build strong pipelines of IT professionals through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
- Handle job postings, resume reviews, candidate negotiations, and offer closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports for client updates.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
